Mergon Group provides innovative technical plastic moulding solutions in the Automotive, Industrial and Healthcare sectors. Established in 1981, the company is headquartered in Ireland with major facilities in the USA and Czech Republic and employ over 400 people.

The management team recognized their recent growth and new customers provided an opportunity to use Lean manufacturing techniques to support their new projects.

Lean Business Solutions Ltd is providing training and support to Mergon through the introduction of advanced Lean manufacturing techniques.
